Move wherever God is moving
Acts 16:12-15 And from thence to Philippi, which is the chief city of that part of Macedonia, [and] a colony: and we were in that city abiding certain days. And on the sabbath we went out of the city by a river side, where prayer was wont to be made; and we sat down, and spake unto the women which resorted [thither]. And a certain woman named Lydia, a seller of purple, of the city of Thyatira, which worshipped God, heard [us]: whose heart the Lord opened, that she attended unto the things which were spoken of Paul. And when she was baptized, and her household, she besought [us], saying, If ye have judged me to be faithful to the Lord, come into my house, and abide [there]. And she constrained us.
There's a big question that ministers or ordinary believers ask: How do I know that God wants me to minister to so and so and in such and such a place? The one thing I have come to conclude is that you need to move whenever and wherever God is moving.
There's a knowing you get on the inside that God is touching a particular individual, and you move too to touch them. That's why not all people are laid on hands by a minister who is moving under a heavy anointing in a service. One that is shaking, screaming is being touched by the Lord, and your touch on such a one will merely continue what God is already doing. You will notice there some who can be stiff and rigid in a service, not even closing their eyes, and they are not minding what is going on at all, such do not need your hands to be laid on them. Why, God is not yet moving. Why move there?
The same is true while ministering the Word. There are people you meet out there who are receptive, welcome you gladly, and genuinely respond to the message. Such persons need you to continue moving towards them even on other days to come so that you establish what God has already started within them. But there are those you go to and they are exactly the opposite. They give you none of their attention. They give you an attitude of, "say whatever you want to say, and when you're done, go away." Such men are not men of peace God wants you to come back to. Don't even waste your precious time to go back. Then there are those who respond positively to calls, messages, and even show interest whenever you share with them a certain truth, amplify your ministration towards them even more. Even when you are ministering in a service. There are those you see taking notes, paying attention, noding in agreement at a point you are making, shouting when a revelation hits them, and those need more of your ministry. Perhaps they are the ones you need to focus on to help them grow deeper. You may want to draw such a kind closer to leadership spaces, challenge them more to bear fruit, etc. Have you ever wondered why the preacher never moves in certain aisles whilst preaching? Because he knows some people there are not excited about his message. He chooses those other aisles that show interest.
This is what Jesus did when He came, although it seemed like the religious leaders of the day were the ones who would have welcomed Him, they did not. But did He hang up His boots? No. He took it to the Gentiles. When the children of Israel did not receive Him, He extended the gospel to the far nations of the world. To date, Jesus is very impactful everywhere, yet there are some Jews who don't even believe that He came!
Whenever God is moving, move. Wherever He is not, don't otherwise you may be dealing with unripened harvests. Sometimes, only the ripened harvests, however, little they may be at the moment should keep you ploughing in hope. So don't worry about who is not yet ready to receive your message. Focus on those receiving already! You will come back to those who aren't when they open their hearts to you! I think that's why Jesus's journeys of ministry were not systematic. It could be that the harvest was not ripening at the same time. So that whenever a new move of God happened in a town he was in before, still he would come back because new ones had embraced, and He had to come and minister to them. By this, you get to understand why ministers focus on young people, new believers, and new people in church. This is because they are not hindered with familiarity, which affects the older church members. For that reason, they can never get out of the ministry or even lose the excitement of doing it over and over. Because these new ones haven't gotten used to the anointing upon his life.
God can skip over a billion people just to come to a man who is willing to receive Him. Be that man who receives Him.

Luke 19:2-6 And, behold, [there was] a man named Zacchaeus, which was the chief among the publicans, and he was rich. And he sought to see Jesus who he could not for the press, because he was little of stature. And he ran before, and climbed up into a sycomore tree to see him: for he was to pass that [way]. And when Jesus came to the place, he looked up, and saw him, and said unto him, Zacchaeus, make haste, and come down; for to day I must abide at thy house. And he made haste, and came down, and received him joyfully.
