Prayer
2 Chronicles 7:14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
One of the humbling experiences is living a prayerful life. Prayer in itself is expressing one's total dependence on God. It is seeking counsel from one above and greater than you.
Like I mentioned previously, it's only humble ones who pray. The proud know it all don't want to express themselves as weak to seek counsel or guidance from the Lord who created them.
If you have pride, then you are not praying because prayer humbles you to entirely rely on God. Humbling self for one, two three hours or so talking to a being whom you cannot see, is no mere joke. People have all excuses for not praying as if those who do not have reasons not to pray!
Make it a habit to pray. For out of the infill and overflow, we derive from prayer is what we base on to make impact. Some reckon that if they had a chance to live life all of again, they would spend more time praying than anything else. And sometimes the carnal mind may reason, what for, is there any gain to that? There's much to gain because prayer sets you up for success and gives you sharpness to do what you have quickly.
If you feel it burdensome to accomplish what you have to accomplish in God and also personal life, you need to engage prayer.
