Living abundantly Vs merely existing
I believe God has called us to live an abundant life and not to just merely exist. By merely existing one has been robbed by the devil of their purpose neither are they full of life. The same simply pass time, become unproductive, no longer take on risks, have little energy in taking on ventures and give up on their goals or are pursuing none altogether.
This state in someone's life is triggered mainly by consistent failures and defeats in a person's life. I have encountered such a place before where you are doing everything but aren't seen any fruit.
The results from this is stress, depression or suicidal thoughts. If you happen to be in this situation, I want to remind you that as born again children of God, God has not called us to such a life of merely existing. Awake to the realization that God has good plans for you and that all things work together for good, Romans 8:28.
Remember the woman with the issue of blood, she pressed on to touch the garment of Jesus without feeling pity about herself. She simply had one goal and that was to touch the master. After touching Jesus' garment, she was made whole, Mark 5:25-34.
Child of God, refuse to merely exist and press on the touch Jesus by faith and live life abundantly. Choose to live life to the full to glorify the Lord Jesus Christ without being limited by defeat or failure. Speak these words out loud "in all these things I don't give up or give in but I thrive and I leap through the walls, Psalm 18:29, hallelujah!
