Created to flow

John 7:38 Rivers of living water will brim and spill out of the depths of anyone who believes in me this way. 

Flow is action of continuous movement from one place to another and from one vessel to another. Your life and mine should be that of flowing and yielding to the Holy Spirit.  All we need to do is to surrender to His flow. When you do, your life will come back to you full measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over. When we don't, we risk losing even the little we have.

What if you are holding onto something that no longer serves you, and that could be a relationship, a job but it no longer serves you. It could be your time to flow. Unfortunately some people are waiting for life to take a sudden turn and they turn too. A friend has told me before that while growing up, their parent prepared them for a time when he was no longer around such that when an unexpected turn of events happens and the parent wasn't around, they the remaining children wouldn't suffer. This he did through investing heavily in their education. That friend learnt it too and took himself for a second degree. He also wants a third one! Right now the parent passed on, he never left any inheritance to him except the investment of a good education which has enabled him get a job and not begging anyone. They simply flowed instead of being forced by circumstances. 

All may seem okay now with that one degree you have, but you should sense in your heart as a spiritual man or woman when you need to add on another one. You may be earning on your job well and good but you should plan ahead and know that the amount your earning now won't meet all your needs on the near future. So by reading on how to invest when you don't need now may be a good way to prepare for that future time to simply flow in a new direction. You may find it comforting to simply attend church until you realise that merely attending church isn't enough, serving and being active is key in shaping the leader in you. You need to flow and make friends today, you will need them when you have a wedding tomorrow to help contribute.

Take an evaluation of your life today. What are those things that no longer serve your purpose? What are you doing today to help you flow easier on future? Let go of those no longer serving you and take action today for things which won't serve you tomorrow. Flow!!

When a heart(soul) heals

Many hearts are wounded, broken, sick, depressed, bleeding but when the heart of a man heals, they start to live again. That man starts to blossom, to dream again, to shine brighter and to love again. Psalm 34:18, But the Lord is close to the broken hearts, to the wounded, frustrated ones, He is always there. Surprisingly many people are broken hearted and they don't know what to do. Because of the failure they have experienced before, they face shame and as a result they choose to hide themselves. Some end up committing suicide since they feel hopeless and their dreams beyond reach.  If you happen to be in this situation first and foremost you need to forgive yourself, release that anger and let go of the past. Secondly you need revelation of your identity in Christ. If you aren't born again, you need to first surrender to Jesus as Lord. A year of good things

Matthew 7:11 If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him? Years represent new seasons. Every season God has a specific word for us His children that we need to run with. When we run the year based on that Word, our results will be evident. In this season as the Streams of life and Nations churches God gave us a word through our Father Bishop Gerald Mwebe that we are going to have good things.  Last year 2025, was a year of great grace. This year God prophetically is giving us good things. One of the good things He has already given us is the gospel. The gospel is the message we preach and live by. We need to realise as believers that we have a message which will touch lives not only in this world but for eternity. The gospel is not only for non believers but for nonbelievers also.
