Depend on God entirely
Proverbs 3:5-6 Lean on, trust in, and be confident in the Lord with all your heart and mind and do not rely on your own insight or understanding. In all your ways know, recognize, and acknowledge Him, and He will direct and make straight and plain your paths.
The only reason why you may not be seeing God at work in your life might be because you have many Options apart from Him.
Among all the things you might be considering, God is not there. You need help and the greatest help you ever needed and will need is God's. Surprisingly many think about Him but don't involve him! What a shame! Depending on God means you lean your entire personality on Him, you have burnt all the bridges behind you and the only option you have is God.
To others God may not be the only option, but one of the options. That's not pleasing to God. They put conditions around God's workings. They are like if God ever doesn't come through, I will do it "my way." I have seen and heard many who have the mentality of "I will get such and such a thing no matter the cost." Such people employ all ways including unlawful means to get whatever they want. They even pride themselves as go getters.
Child of God better go slow. If a door is closed before you, don't break it yourself, jump over it or beside it in your means which most times are ungodly all in the name of success or achievement. Wait upon God to open them. At the right time which is God's timing, that door will open before you smoothly without hussle. Better to hussle when you are in God's will, rather than your means. Bible says he who is in faith is never in haste. Why hasten to be rich at the expense of your soul? Life's joy and satisfaction is not dependent on the amount of things you have. Why accumulate these things and yet it's God who gives you the power to enjoy them!
Break your walls of independence from Him today and allow Him take the lead. Then you will effortlessly thrive in all you do!
