You can't do both

Galatians 1:10 Obviously, I'm not trying to win the approval of people, but of God. If pleasing people were my goal, I would not be Christ's servant.

Pleasing God means living a different life from that of the world.  It's spiritual to please God. It takes Faith to please God and that is foolishness to the world. The life to please God is where you forgive endlessly, give endlessly, love whole heatedly, serve Him wholly etc. This is exactly contrary to what the world does.

You have to take a stand this year and choose one life to live. If you choose to please men, you can't live to your full potential of what God has called you to be. Whenever you start to develop fear of what people will think or say about you, your developing a fear of man. Your focus should be on God and not men. 

The Bible says we should look unto Christ, the Author and finisher of our faith. Christ has already spoken good things about you. He has placed His fullness in you. Why do you worry what man can do to you? You are complete in Him. You don't need man's approval if you have God's, live entirely for Him!

When a heart(soul) heals

Many hearts are wounded, broken, sick, depressed, bleeding but when the heart of a man heals, they start to live again. That man starts to blossom, to dream again, to shine brighter and to love again. Psalm 34:18, But the Lord is close to the broken hearts, to the wounded, frustrated ones, He is always there. Surprisingly many people are broken hearted and they don't know what to do. Because of the failure they have experienced before, they face shame and as a result they choose to hide themselves. Some end up committing suicide since they feel hopeless and their dreams beyond reach.  If you happen to be in this situation first and foremost you need to forgive yourself, release that anger and let go of the past. Secondly you need revelation of your identity in Christ. If you aren't born again, you need to first surrender to Jesus as Lord. A year of good things

Matthew 7:11 If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him? Years represent new seasons. Every season God has a specific word for us His children that we need to run with. When we run the year based on that Word, our results will be evident. In this season as the Streams of life and Nations churches God gave us a word through our Father Bishop Gerald Mwebe that we are going to have good things.  Last year 2025, was a year of great grace. This year God prophetically is giving us good things. One of the good things He has already given us is the gospel. The gospel is the message we preach and live by. We need to realise as believers that we have a message which will touch lives not only in this world but for eternity. The gospel is not only for non believers but for nonbelievers also.
