Don't waste your time and youthfulness
Ecclesiastes 3:1 To every [thing there is] a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:
Time is a resource we often take for granted. We waste it on a daily basis yet it is scarce. Once time is lost it can't be regained yet it is an independent variable used to measure anything and everything in Life.
God is not pleased when we waste time. The Bible says there is time for everything. This calls for time management if you are to be effective in whatever you're doing.
If the project is for 3 months, do it in those months and go for another project. Doing this will enable you accomplish more in a little time. Remember that each second and minute counts. We only have 24 hrs in the day, we only have particular days in the month, they won't increase or decrease. Just learn to value time you will use it effectively.
You can command your day by assigning each time in your day with something to do and fight to do it. This will help you do valuable things in the day, you will avoid unnecessary movements, unnecessary conversations and time wasters.
There's a time attached for the call of God and assignment upon your life. Some wait until they are aged to do what God called them to do! This shouldn't be like that. Start accomplishing what God called you while you are still young. In the old testament, the book of numbers specifies that priests had to serve as Levites in the Tabernacle from the age of 25, Numbers 8:24.
The devil flights to see that youths waste their lives while young. They spend their lives in education, immerse themselves in to jobs, some waste themselves in addictions and give God their old age when the world has taken the best out of them. Why give God your retirement when you are too old to do His work?
With old age, one enters a phase in their life is boring, you do little in a day, lose life's taste, low in energy etc. God also needs young energetic youths who can be everywhere preaching, doing door to door, praying in overnights, doing missions, crusades etc. Old people cannot do all that!
What keeps others frlm the ministry of preaching, teaching, healing, evangelism and church planting is when they console themselves with the notion of saying, "even in my 8-5 job am serving God. That can even be done by a non believer! Remember at your job you are being paid. Am talking of ministry without pay. You minister to the hurting, the dying, and the weak without expecting a pay check at the end of the month. You go to the gutters, the streets with the gospel without expecting nothing in return. Don't hind being a stay home mother and think that is all you can do as ministry. There's much more!
Child of God, do not waste your time and your youthful age. Join active ministry now!
