What will they remember you for?
Genesis 40:5-8 And they dreamed a dream both of them, each man his dream in one night, each man according to the interpretation of his dream, the butler and the baker of the king of Egypt, which [were] bound in the prison. And Joseph came in unto them in the morning, and looked upon them, and, behold, they [were] sad. And he asked Pharaoh's officers that [were] with him in the ward of his lord's house, saying, Wherefore look ye [so] sadly to day? And they said unto him, We have dreamed a dream, and [there is] no interpreter of it. And Joseph said unto them, [Do] not interpretations [belong] to God? tell me [them], I pray you.
In this life you don't need to do so much, you just need to do that one thing God created you for. Paul wrote and said this one thing I do....You just need to start with one problem, it will open doors for greatness.
In doing that one thing, it will require you to take the initiative to inquire how you can help in solving another person's problem or riddle. You don't want to offer your pearls to swine. He took the first bold step to ask why their countenance was sad and depressed. You can provoke someone to speak up by asking them for details. Be concerned when others are not fine. It is said that people don't care how much you know until they know how much you care.
He solved one problem and he did it very well because God gave him the interpretation. Then when Pharaoh had a dream, and needed interpretation, Joseph was referred to him. Although forgotten in the beginning, when the need arose he was remembered. This is how referrals for big things come. Your name is spoken in your absence in big places because you solved something.
Some of you are forgotten because you don't solve small problems. Small wins means you can have big wins too just like the Bible says if you are faithful with the little, then you are faithful with much.
What will you be remembered for? Gossip? Instead be remembered for a word of knowledge or wisdom you will deliver by the Spirit.
