How do blessings look like?

Deuteronomy 28:3 Blessed [shalt] thou [be] in the city, and blessed [shalt] thou [be] in the field. 


We talk of the blessings but how do they look like? What are the things that show that someone has blessings? The Bible lists them in Deuteronomy 28;1-14. 


Blessed everywhere whether in the city or in the village. What an awesome thing to be with a blessing wherever you may go. The hand of God being upon you in all places. Do not take it lightly when you are accepted wherever you go and prosper especially in new environments. There are some who just go into a place and they are simply rejected by all they meet even without having talked to them before. 


Things should go well with us not tragedies or evils. The report by all who relate with us should be a good one otherwise you will not like it if you can't even go back to the very places you were part of when everyone doesn't want you around. 


It was Bishop Benson Idhahosa who said you cannot be a lizard in Africa and be a croccodile abroad. Some rash to go out of their homeland running away from poverty but they have nothing to show even after being abroad for a long time. That confirms this scripture. A blessed man is a blessed man regardless of the circumstances. Joseph was prosperous everywhere he went whether in prison, or in the palace. That's the potion we should believe God for. We may never have all the explanations as to why some weren't blessed but we should believe to be blessed. Some have a simple explanation to things by saying it's God's will whether they should be blessed or not. That's their problem. I believe the best of God's goodness and that's His blessings. 


If one didn't make it in the city or village yet they were born again, I don't know why they didn't but my faith is directed to being blessed. 


Humanistic philosophers have coined beliefs like what you believe is what you attract or what you focus your mind on is what comes to you, they have laws like the law of attraction. The Bible says as a man thinks in his heart so is he. It is always good to meditate on good things and be affected by them. Think of blessings, meditate them, write them down, pray in line with them, and they will definitely manifest.

When a heart(soul) heals

Many hearts are wounded, broken, sick, depressed, bleeding but when the heart of a man heals, they start to live again. That man starts to blossom, to dream again, to shine brighter and to love again. Psalm 34:18, But the Lord is close to the broken hearts, to the wounded, frustrated ones, He is always there. Surprisingly many people are broken hearted and they don't know what to do. Because of the failure they have experienced before, they face shame and as a result they choose to hide themselves. Some end up committing suicide since they feel hopeless and their dreams beyond reach.  If you happen to be in this situation first and foremost you need to forgive yourself, release that anger and let go of the past. Secondly you need revelation of your identity in Christ. If you aren't born again, you need to first surrender to Jesus as Lord. A year of good things

Matthew 7:11 If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him? Years represent new seasons. Every season God has a specific word for us His children that we need to run with. When we run the year based on that Word, our results will be evident. In this season as the Streams of life and Nations churches God gave us a word through our Father Bishop Gerald Mwebe that we are going to have good things.  Last year 2025, was a year of great grace. This year God prophetically is giving us good things. One of the good things He has already given us is the gospel. The gospel is the message we preach and live by. We need to realise as believers that we have a message which will touch lives not only in this world but for eternity. The gospel is not only for non believers but for nonbelievers also.
