Refreshing

John 4:31-32 In the mean while his disciples prayed him, saying, Master, eat. But he said unto them, I have meat to eat that ye know not of.

Anyone who does what God has willed him or her to do will experience a deep refreshing within them. We remember Jesus after talking to the Samaritan woman, one of the things He experienced was a certain deep refreshment within Himself. He felt fully satisfied although in the natural he hadn't had any food. 

In His words he said my food is to do the will of Him who sent me. There's nothing frustrating in this life as a person who is misplaced or feels like they are wrongly placed. They may have the money, and all that life has to offer and yet lack one essential thing and that's joy. Joy is the fruit of the Holy Spirit. It's experienced within after doing something significant without. 

Don't simply indulge your body in things that do not satisfy, seek to do God's will and refreshing, satisfaction will be the result.
