Renounce all former attachments



Isaiah 52:11 Depart ye, depart ye, go ye out from thence, touch no unclean [thing]; go ye out of the midst of her; be ye clean, that bear the vessels of the LORD.


Before coming to the Lord, we find ourselves attached to various things, some occults, secret societies, fetishes, witchcraft etc. Some unknowingly after salvation make  points of contact with such groups through music, objects, artifacts, certain designs on clothes, the music, films watched, rings, books etc. which are sometimes the cause of curses to believers. Some of those things are portals to the underworld we shouldn't ignore. 


The devil has done pretty well to decampaign his moves by propagating such thinking that everything is harmless, it's you the user's conscience that's the issue. Our conscience true should be alert. I can't blind my conscience when I see an idol in your house and I am not awakened to the kind of god you are worshipping! 


The Bible warns us in the book of Isaiah not to touch any unclean thing. It's key we obeyed this scripture and not take it lightly. Read also Deutronomy 7:25-26, anything accursed brings a snare into ones house. This is a principle which works even today. When someone reads such a verse, they quickly say that's Moses' law and we are under Grace. Now Moses' law is part of God's Word and God's Word is eternal. He doesn't justify us based on it but the principles laid there in are eternal. Principles and laws cannot be bent to suit you or broken without consequences. Bend or break them and they will break you. 


Verbally renounce that you are no longer of the devil, you no longer belong to any unscriptural covenants you made and that you belong to God. It's also good to tell off the former groups you used to hang out with that you now belong to Jesus and you are now a new creation. The former you they knew died and it's the new you that they are now seeing.


Covenants are entered into through words. Use words too to get yourself out. After renouncing them, and having put aside objects of such nature, infact it's better to burn them, purpose to walk a life of obedience to God in order to keep curses away. Right beliefs in the blessing and obedience to God's Word enables you live in continual blessings in your life. 


The human heart is wired to belief something, whether true or false and to worship something divine or higher than itself whether true or false. It cannot be left void. After coming out of previous dealings with the enemy, hold tight on the true worship where there is true joy and satisfaction.

When a heart(soul) heals

Many hearts are wounded, broken, sick, depressed, bleeding but when the heart of a man heals, they start to live again. That man starts to blossom, to dream again, to shine brighter and to love again. Psalm 34:18, But the Lord is close to the broken hearts, to the wounded, frustrated ones, He is always there. Surprisingly many people are broken hearted and they don't know what to do. Because of the failure they have experienced before, they face shame and as a result they choose to hide themselves. Some end up committing suicide since they feel hopeless and their dreams beyond reach.  If you happen to be in this situation first and foremost you need to forgive yourself, release that anger and let go of the past. A year of good things

Matthew 7:11 If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him? Years represent new seasons. Every season God has a specific word for us His children that we need to run with. When we run the year based on that Word, our results will be evident. In this season as the Streams of life and Nations churches God gave us a word through our Father Bishop Gerald Mwebe that we are going to have good things.  Last year 2025, was a year of great grace. This year God prophetically is giving us good things. One of the good things He has already given us is the gospel. The gospel is the message we preach and live by. We need to realise as believers that we have a message which will touch lives not only in this world but for eternity. The gospel is not only for non believers but for nonbelievers also.
