Subject all to God
1 Corinthians 4:2 Moreover it is required in stewards that one be found faithful.
Coming to the Lord through Jesus Christ grants the believer the wisdom, power, riches and authority of God. What then are we to do in turn? Subject all we have to him, not some but all.
We always say "all I have is you God." When we do so do we get a God in part or fully? I know you know the answer, fully. He also requires us to fully give ourselves to Him. All that we are and will ever be will be because of Him. It's high time you gave your all and say, "God use all of me and all I have been entrusted in my care."
What's my point, our thinking shouldn't be limited to, " the tithe as one belonging to God," but all we have belongs to Him. It's the mind of the steward or manager and not an owner.
God should have unlimited access to even the 90% after the 10% of our money has been returned to Him. That's the beginning place of being entrusted with much more than we have currently.
The song which says, "I surrender all to Him, everything I give to you withholding nothing,..." should make more sense now. Subject all you have to God, not part of it to the Lord so that when He asks you to give it out for His use in the kingdom, you are ready to do so.
Hallelujah thank you Pastor Eriya
