Temporal Vs Permanent

Luke 16:23-25 And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom. And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame. But Abraham said, Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivedst thy good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things: but now he is comforted, and thou art tormented.

There are a number of professionals in this world who are skilled in doing what they do. There are business men too, and the masses who work for each of those. But if you take close notice, most of what they do is earthly. For example I design structures but my designs will last a few years here on earth. The design life of a building is estimated at 50-100 years. If I do the maths, those years are not so many. The entrepreneurs set up businesses which meet people's needs here. Their impact can be greater when they channel some of the profits to ministries doing soul winning.

However in soul winning, we are talking about eternity. You cannot attach years to eternity. Someone's soul will either enjoy life forever with Jesus or burn in hell fires. 

Add a eternity perspective in all you do. Never let is go for anything. Let it be so fresh in your heart all the time.
