Wisdom V

1 Corinthians 2:7 'But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory:'

Paul continues to tell the Corinthian church about the hidden wisdom which is Christ Jesus whom Solomon testified about in the Old testament.

Some may ask, 'how come many Christians are not walking in wisdom?' It is because they have not yet understood this truth yet that this wisdom is available for them too for it is the truth we know that sets us free. The truth you don’t know won’t do anything for you, John 8:32.

This wisdom is activated through prayer. In marriage for example, wives ought to pray for their husbands so that God gives them a spirit of wisdom and revelation so tht he leads you and your home the right way. Even when you as the wife has all the wisdom, you will go down the drain with it if the husband is not wise.

Position and influence are key. Men have the position for they are the heads. Women are the necks that turn the heads which is influence. On the other hand, men should also pray for their wives so that they don’t influence them the wrong way. There is a wife who needs prayers that the husband should start coming home early inorder to give them time. Like we said before, that miracle can be answered but sooner than later the husband may go back to his former ways if you the wife lacks wisdom to take care of him.

To an unmarried lady, you need wisdom to discern whether the man who is asking you for a hand in marriage will be somebody in future. A number of women I know are in good homes now because they saw beyond the current situation of their would be husbands then before they agreed to enter the marriage covenant.

Child of God, you too can walk in wisdom today in every situation, know that you have it in your spirit and you can activate it through prayer.
