Holy communion

1 Corinthians 11:23-26 For I received from the Lord that which I also delivered to you: that the Lord Jesus on the [same] night in which He was betrayed took bread; and when He had given thanks, He broke [it] and said, "Take, eat; this is My body which is broken for you; do this in remembrance of Me." In the same manner [He] also [took] the cup after supper, saying, "This cup is the new covenant in My blood. This do, as often as you drink [it,] in remembrance of Me." For as often as you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord's death till He comes.

Many don't know the power of Holy communion but Holy Communion shows us what happened on the cross. The cross became an altar and a place of sacrifice. On every altar, there is sacrifice and shedding of blood. Altars are also places where the spiritual world meets with the physical world. 

The greatest altar was that where the sacrifice of the son of God happened. Jesus the Lamb of God was the perfect sacrifice made on our behalf. 

His blood was perfect without any sin. Jesus's blood is greater than any other blood that a man can use to fight against you. Since the life of an animal is it its blood, when Jesus' blood was shed, in exchange for our sin, He gave us His life of a greater value. 

The blood speaks on your behalf and speaks better things. Jesus speaks by his blood on our behalf. The blood of Jesus silences any witchcraft that you may think that is great. child of God, we have gotten a blood that speaks with a high authority, the blood that erases everything that was spoken upon your life.

As you do holy communion, speak out everything that you need to be erased, declare healing and victory upon your life. As you commune, you are being baptized into the same life of God, hallelujah!

Leviticus 17:11 For the life of the flesh [is] in the blood, and I have given it to you upon the altar to make atonement for your souls; for it [is] the blood [that] makes atonement for the soul.'

Hebrews 12:24 to Jesus the Mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling that speaks better things than [that of] Abel.

A year of good things

Matthew 7:11 If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him? Years represent new seasons. Every season God has a specific word for us His children that we need to run with. When we run the year based on that Word, our results will be evident. In this season as the Streams of life and Nations churches God gave us a word through our Father Bishop Gerald Mwebe that we are going to have good things.  Last year 2025, was a year of great grace. This year God prophetically is giving us good things. One of the good things He has already given us is the gospel. The gospel is the message we preach and live by. We need to realise as believers that we have a message which will touch lives not only in this world but for eternity. The gospel is not only for non believers but for nonbelievers also. God first

Matthew 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. God deserves our worship, love and time. Our lives need to be rotated around Him in all that we do.  The Bible says we should seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these other things shall follow. That scripture is contrary to popular thinking nowadays which advocates that people are masters of their destinies. Only the humble can try to live by it. That scripture does not say we should do other things and then seek God about them. On the other hand we should first go to Him for direction and then other things should follow.  That is why Sunday according to our numbering of days is called the first day and it is on such a day that we go worship God in the church.
